    Liability:

    All hunters must sign a release and provide documentation of valid Texas Hunting license and completion of a Hunter’s Safety, when required.

    Deposits & Cancellations:

    Once a reservation is made for a specific date and time, a 50% deposit is required. Cancellations occurring more than five days after the scheduling of a hunt will result in a loss of deposit.

    Payment in Full, must be received 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the hunt.
